Callback One Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how the software mobile application entitled “Callback One” (the “Mobile App”) that was created by TEECOM, Inc., (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) collects, stores, uses, and discloses information from you when you use the Mobile App. If you do not agree with or are not willing to comply with any portion of this Privacy Policy, do not download or use the Mobile App.

Information We Collect
Generally

The Mobile App is a software application for your phone, tablet or other mobile device (each, a “Device”) which enables users to create a transit display in their lobby or office space.

Information You Provide

We may collect the information you provide us from time to time through the following: ∙ We may collect personal information from you when you create an account to log in to our network (“Account”). ∙ If/when you contact us via email (with feedback, for support, or otherwise), we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to send you a reply. ∙ We also collect other types of personal information that you provide to us voluntarily, such as your operating system and version, product registration number, and other requested information if you contact us via email regarding support for the services. ∙ If you participate in a sweepstakes, contest or giveaway on our Mobile App, we may ask you for your email address and/or home number (to notify you if you win or not). We may also ask for first and last names, and sometimes post office addresses to verify your identity. In some situations we may need additional information as a part of the entry process, such as a prize selection choice. We recommend that you read the rules of each sweepstakes and contest you enter. ∙ We may also collect personal information at other points on our Mobile App that states personal information is being collected.

Information Collected Via Technology

We may also collect non-personal information from your Device if you have downloaded our Mobile App. This information is generally used to help us deliver the most relevant information to you. Examples of information that may be collected and used include your geographic location, how you use the Application(s), and information about the type of Device you use. In addition, in the event our Application(s) crash on your Device, we will receive information about your Device model software version and Device carrier, which allows us to identify and fix bugs and otherwise improve the performance of our Application(s). This information is sent to us as aggregated information and is not traceable to any individual and cannot be used to identify an individual.

The Mobile App may also use location services on your Device to determine your approximate physical location and Company may store and use that information to provide you with location-based information and advertising. If you do not want this information collected by us, you can disable location services on your Device.

Creation of Anonymous Data

We may create anonymous data records from your personal information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use anonymous data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Mobile App and improve navigation. We reserve the right to use anonymous data for any purpose and to disclose anonymous data to third parties in our sole discretion.

Use of Information

In general, we use the personal information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. We use your personal information in the following ways:

  • identify you as a user in our system;
  • provide improved administration of our Mobile App and services;
  • facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network;
  • provide the services you request;
  • improve the quality of experience when you interact with our Mobile App and services;
  • send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as security or support and maintenance advisories;
  • respond to your inquiries related to employment opportunities or other requests; and
  • send newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials related to our services and for other marketing purposes of the Company.
Disclosure and Sharing of Your Information

We disclose your personal information as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy:

  • We may share your personal information with third party service providers to: provide you the services that we offer through our Mobile App; to conduct quality assurance testing; to provide technical support; and/or provide other services to the Company. These third party service providers are required not to use your personal data other than to provide services requested by the Company.
  • We may share some or all of your personal information without our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • We may share some or all of your personal information in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, personal information may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, business or assets, that company will possess the personal information collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Regardless of any choices you make regarding your personal information (as described below), the Company may disclose your personal information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on the Company; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of the Company or users of the Mobile App; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.
Opt-Out

You may opt-out of providing information to Company at any time by uninstalling the Mobile App using the standard uninstall processes available on your Device or via the applicable mobile application marketplace or store. We will periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Mobile App or services. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly (please see contact information below). Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may send you service related communications, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

Security

Company is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We also require you to enter a password to access your Account information. Please do not disclose your Account password to unauthorized people. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while Company uses reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Data, Company cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe that Company not adhered to this Privacy Policy, please contact Company by e-mail at support@teecom.com. We will do our best to address your concerns. If you feel that your complaint has been addressed incompletely, we invite you to let us know for further investigation. If you and Company are unable to reach a resolution to the dispute, you and Company will settle the dispute exclusively under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (www.adr.org) as further described in our Terms of Use.

Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes in the way we use your Personal Data, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Mobile App. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Mobile App. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Mobile App. Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your personal information to provide us with your most current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice. Continued use of our Mobile App, following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
